* To be eligible for EMCC member fee, 6 digit member ID number must be submitted along with this registration form. Without this number, member fees will not be applied. Methods of Payment
Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card.

Payment via Bank Transfer
All fees should be paid in EUR (), free of all bank charges. Participant's name/last name, date & amount of transfer, and explanation as of EMCC 2023 must be indicated on the transaction receipt of the bank transfer. Following the payment, receipt of the transaction must be sent to the registration secretariat at registration@emccglobal.org.Bank charges are the sole responsibility of the participant and should be paid in addition to the fees.

The final invoice will be available after the conference is over. The invoice will be issued based on details provided while registering (invoice details).
Cancellation Policy - Registration:
Requests for registration cancellation must be received in writing by the EMCC 2023 Registration Secretariat (DEKON) by fax at +90 212 347 63 63, or via e-mail registration@emccglobal.org
- Cancellations received before and on 28 April, 2023 - will receive 50% refund
- Cancellations received on and after 29 April, 2023 - will not receive any refund
Registration refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of EMCC 2023 and, bank charges will be deducted from the refund.
